The Smolinka is a left tributary of the Vlára in the Czech Republic .

geography

The Smolinka rises south of Vařákovy Paseky between the Bařinka (716 m) and Vrátnice (680 m) on the main ridge of the Vizovická vrchovina in two source streams. Your run leads past Podhoří and Váša through Smolina to the south into the foothills of the White Carpathians . Then the water changes its direction to the southwest. Via Mirošov the Smolinka reaches the Vlára south of Vlachovice .

The Smolinka has a length of 15.3 kilometers. Its catchment area covers 27.7 km².

At the foot of the Orla near Lačnov in the Smolinka valley there are meadows with populations of spring crocus. This section of the river has been protected as the Smolinka Nature Reserve since 1982 .
