The Socata TB 30 "Epsilon" is a training aircraft from the French company Socata , at that time part of Aérospatiale , which emerged from the Socata TB 10 .
History and construction
The TB 30 was created on the basis of a request from the French Air Force Armée de l'air , which was looking for a basic trainer who could be deployed after the basic training but before the jet training.
Your tasks are pilot selection, basic training, instrument flight and navigation training, formation flight and aerobatic training. It is designed for a load multiple of + 7 / −3.5 g . The design of the tandem cockpit makes it easier to switch to jet aircraft.
The prototype had its maiden flight on December 22, 1979.
