Lind, who started for Åsarna IK , ran internationally for the first time in November 1996 in the Continental Cup in Bruksvallarna and achieved 28th place over 10 km classic. In 1997 and 1999 she won the Wasalauf . She completed her first of a total of ten individual World Cup races in March 1999 in Falun , which she finished classically in 58th place over 15 km. From the 1999/2000 season she mainly took part in races of the Marathon Cup. In the 1999/2000 season she was fourth in the König-Ludwig-Lauf and second in the Wasalauf and thus reached fifth place in the overall standings. In the years 2001 to 2003 she achieved second place at the Wasalauf and came in seventh, 11th and ninth in the overall ranking of the Marathon Cup. In the 2003/04 season she was third at the Birkebeinerrennet and second at La Sgambeda and König-Ludwig-Lauf. In addition, she won the Wasalauf for the third time and was third in the overall marathon cup at the end of the season. In January 2004 she achieved her best individual placement in the World Cup in Falun with 42nd place in the skiathlon .
In the following season Lind ran at the La Sgambeda and Birkebeinerrennet in third place and in the Isergebirgslauf and König-Ludwig-Lauf both in second place. In addition, she won the Wasalauf again and, as in the previous year, came third in the overall ranking. In her last active season in 2005/06, she finished third in the Isergebirgslauf, Marcialonga and König-Ludwig-Lauf and thus came fourth in the overall ranking of the marathon cup. At the Wasalauf 2006, which was not part of the racing series in the season, she came second.
