Sohl or settlement Sohl, Sohlsiedlung is a settlement in the district of Baden-Wuerttemberg community Weingarten .
geography
The Sohl settlement is located in the northeast-eastern part of the municipality of Weingarten, about one kilometer from the exit of the core town, between the district, the city of Bruchsal, Untergrombach and the core town of the municipality of Weingarten, to the west is the Sallenbusch settlement . The settlement is located in a depression on the extreme western edge of the Kraichgau . To the left of the entrance to the village, to the south of the settlement is the natural monument of the Sohl quarry. The Ungeheuerklamm nature reserve connects to the north .
history
In 1960 the eight farmhouses of the settlement were completed and were moved into by resettlers from the center of Weingarten. Similar to the Sallenbusch settlement, the settlement was planned as an agricultural settlement.
