Sollbach is a district of the municipality of Bruck in the Upper Palatinate in the Schwandorf district in Bavaria . The hamlets Kobl, Wackenried, Ried, Gipfelberg and Sulzmühl belong to the district .

The Kaltenbach, the Sollbach and the Trollbach flow near the village. There are 35 fish ponds in the area. In the middle of the village stands the new village chapel by a pond and the Sollbach .

Historically, Sollbach belonged to the provost on the long field .

The former municipality was incorporated into Bruck in the Upper Palatinate on July 1, 1971 at the same time as Schöngras . Sollbach originally had an area of ​​5.24 km², but was expanded to the south in the 1960s through the incorporation of the dissolved community-free area Sollbacher Forst .
