2012 Summer Paralympics / wheelchair fencing

At the Summer Paralympics 2012 in London , medals were awarded in a total of twelve competitions in wheelchair fencing . The decisions were made between September 4th and September 8th 2012 in the Exhibition Center London .

Classes

The Paralympic fencing competitions were divided into two classes:

• A, for fencers with completely intact back and abdominal muscles, who can usually also stand.
• B, for fencers without completely intact back and abdominal muscles.

Results

For each class (A and B) there were five competitions, two of which were in women's and three in men's fencing. There was also an open team competition.
