The house Konvent 1 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the southern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt at the confluence of the street Konvent on the Kaiserstraße and is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building.
Architecture and history
The half-timbered house was built according to a building inscription in 1668. It is covered with a half- hip roof. The half-timbered structure of the upper floor is provided with the half- timbered figure and footbands. In addition, on the threshold and on the eaves there are pyramid beam heads and valleys in the shape typical for the construction period. The lower storey was later renewed with a massive construction.
At the beginning of the 21st century, the building was renovated by the architecture office qbatur .
