It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the west side of the street Konvent and is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building.
Architecture and history
The narrow, three-storey half - timbered house was built around 1700. Its width is only four containers . The framework has profiled filler wood , ankle bands and pyramid beam heads as decorative forms .
The house was renovated around the beginning of the 21st century.
