The Schwerin Social Court is a social justice court in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .

The court has its seat in the state capital Schwerin .
The judicial district covers the area of the districts of Northwest Mecklenburg and Ludwigslust-Parchim as well as the independent city of Schwerin.
In certain matters of contract doctor law , the court is responsible for the district of the regional social court and thus for the whole of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

The court is located at Wismarsche Straße 323a . The Schwerin Labor Court and the Schwerin Administrative Court are also located in the same building .
Superior courts
The State Social Court of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with its seat in Neustrelitz is superordinate to the Schwerin Social Court. This is subordinate to the Federal Social Court in Kassel .
