The Spectator Nunatak ( English for spectator nunatak ) is a 2,115 m high, isolated and mainly icy nunatak made of hornblende in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Usarp Mountains it rises 6 km west of the Pomerantz tableland .
The Nunatak was used by scientists from 1963 to 1964 as a surveying station for the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition . They named him after his appearance.
