Corporate development
The company has been known for developing high-frequency connectors since the late 1940s . 1990 found a specialization in the assembly of coaxial cables for mobile - base stations instead. Since 2000 the company has been developing and supplying multi-channel switches and filters for the worldwide introduction of terrestrial digital television . Multi-channel rotary joints for radar are another focus .

Spinner is active in high-frequency technology , especially in the areas of mobile communications, broadcasting , radar and satellite systems as well as high-frequency applications in industry, medical technology and basic research.
Spinner's customers are transmitter and antenna manufacturers, radio and television companies and telecommunications companies, as well as manufacturers of radar systems. In addition, high-frequency components from Spinner can be found in many research institutions that operate particle accelerators (e.g. CERN , DESY , BESSY , Paul Scherrer Institute, etc.) or fusion research facilities ( Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics , Joint European Torus , CEA Cadarache Etc.).
