Locker (unit)
The locker was a German volume and field measure.
Area measure
The area measure Spint was mainly common in the north-western regions.
- 1 locker = 10 square rods, in German states between 71.3 and 429.147 square meters (m²).

Volume measure
If the locker was used as a volume measure, it was a so-called grain measure, i.e. a measure for dry goods. Depending on the region, very different dimensional chains were used for lockers and the large dimensions, such as Malter , Scheffel and Winspel , also had a different volume in each location.
