Stéphane Antiga (born February 3, 1976 in Suresnes , Hauts-de-Seine ) is a French volleyball coach and former player.

Club career

The 200 cm tall Antiga played in the assumption. In a 20 year career he has worked for teams from UC Paris (France, 1994–1998), Paris Volley (France, 1998–2003), Bre Banca Cuneo (Italy, 2003–2004), Portol Palma Mallorca (Spain, 2004–2007) , Skra Bełchatów (Poland, 2007–2011; 2013–2014), Delecta Bydgoszcz (Poland, 2011–2013).

National team

Antiga played in 306 games in the French national volleyball team until 2010, of which he was temporarily the captain. He won a bronze medal at the 2002 World Cup in Argentina and two silver medals at the 2003 European Championships in Germany and 2009 in Turkey . He also won a silver medal at the 2006 World League in Russia .

Coaching career

In May 2014 he began his coaching career as coach of the Polish national team , with which he won the World Cup in the same year .
