history

The year of construction of the strikingly small village church with a half-timbered upper floor in the church tower is missing. Nothing is known about a previous building. However, the year 1604 in the pulpit inscription is associated with the construction time. The organ was purchased around 1800, the font from 1844 is neo-Gothic.

In 1983 the church with its altar cross , antependium , ambo and pulpit received modern wooden decorations by the Greiz artist Elly-Viola Nahmmacher .
