Church of St. Mauritius in Großkissendorf

The Catholic parish church of St. Mauritius in Großkissendorf , a district of the municipality of Bibertal in the district of Günzburg in the Bavarian administrative district of Swabia , was built in the first quarter of the 19th century. The church at Kirchplatz 1, on a hilltop in the eastern Osterbachtal , is a protected architectural monument .

description

The classical hall building has a nave with three axes and a flat ceiling. The high curly windows in the choir are painted illusionistically. In the west is the painted gallery . Above the basket-arched triumphal arch , an acanthus stucco adorns the coat of arms of the Barons von Reck.
