The church

The Protestant village church of St. Peter and Paul is in the Tunzenhausen district of the town of Sömmerda in the Sömmerda district in Thuringia .

history

The village church , built in 1328, burned down in 1725. The new church is a hall church with a bell tower , a baroque dome bears. It has a tail dome and a lantern .

Inside there is the pulpit altar from 1826, the baptismal font from 1827 in a classical form decorating the nave .

The church is entered in the list of monuments of the Sömmerda district.
