The Austrian Federation of States is a subversive association in Austria, which does not recognize the existence of the Republic of Austria and calls the Republic a "company". The people assigned to her are also referred to as state objectors. The connection was proclaimed on November 11, 2015 by Monika Unger, who was formerly active in the FPÖ, based on the model of the "Commissary Reich Governments" in Germany. Unger promised her supporters, some of whom were fighting against administration and seizure , that by submitting a "live report" they would escape the state's power of disposal and gain access to an account with 10 billion euros. The main source of income for the association was the issuance of one's own license plates , registration certificates , live reports and other pseudo-documents.

The association attracted attention through aggressive action against officials and officials, in addition to threats and physical assaults, the association pursued its victims with the so-called Malta scam . After the examination by the Ministry of Justice , Section 247a of the Criminal Code has been in force since September 1, 2017 , and the establishment and support of subversive movements is sanctioned with imprisonment for up to two years.
