The Dubna State University ( Russian: Государственный университет Дубна Gossudarstvennyj University of Dubna ) in Dubna , Russia was founded on October 1, 1994 by the Moscow Administration , the Ministry of Education and Labor of Russia, the Russian Academy of Sciences and the United Institute of Nuclear Research (JINR ) founded.
