The Stade Pater Te Hono Nui is a sports stadium in Papeete , Tahiti , which is mainly used for soccer games and athletics competitions. The stadium, which meets the FIFA standard, is designed for 15,000 spectators; around 40 percent of the seats are covered. All games of the Soccer Oceania Championship 2000 were played here. For the Tahiti Nui X Games with motocross and skateboarding competitions , parts of the field were converted.
