US Yatenga Ouahigouya is a football club from the West African state of Burkina Faso . He comes from the city of Ouahigouya in the north of the country .
The club is named after Yatenga , the province and the former Mossi empire, whose capital was Ouahigouya. USY was formed through the merger of Stade Yatenga and a smaller club and, after being promoted in 2005, plays in the country's first division. The main sponsor is the Groupe Fadoul of the Lebanese businessman Georges Fadoul.
