The Përparim Thaçi Stadium ( Albanian Stadiumi Përparim Thaçi , Serbian Стадион Порпарим Тачи Stadion Porparim Tači ) is a football stadium in the Kosovar city of Prizren . It is located on the southwestern edge of the city center on the banks of Bistrica e Prizrenit . It is named after Përparim Thaçi , a former soccer player for the KF Liria soccer club , who died in the 1998 war in Kosovo at the age of 21. The owner is the municipality of Prizren.
The stadium is mainly used for football matches and is the home ground of KF Liria. The capacity of the stadium is unclear, the figures vary from 2,000 to 15,000 seats. There is an uncovered grandstand on one of the long sides of the field.
