Šiauliai District Court
The City District Court Šiauliai ( lithuanian Šiaulių miesto apylinkės teismas ) is a district court in Lithuania and one of the four courts (next to the District Court Šiauliai , District Administrative Court Šiauliai and the District Court Šiauliai ) in the fourth largest city in the Republic. The competent territory is the city of Šiauliai . The court of the 2nd instance is the Šiauliai District Court.

Six judges were confirmed on March 26, 1987 , and Vaclovas Algimantas Birbilas was elected chairman on June 21, 1987 (appointed 2nd cadence by the Supreme Council of the Republic of Lithuania in 1992).
Until December 31, 2002 there was a state bailiff office with twelve bailiffs (senior bailiff R. Kudrauskas) at the Šiauliai district court (Vytauto g. 149 ).
Property arrest registers ( Turto arešto aktų registras ) have existed since 2003 .
