The Stadtwerke Springe GmbH is a majority of municipal power company based in Jump . The shares are held by the city of Springe (50.5 percent) and GWS Stadtwerke Hameln , BS Energy and Veolia Deutschland (each 16.5%).

Company profile

Stadtwerke was founded in October 2008. In Springe they supply electricity, natural gas and heat in local heating networks and sell photovoltaic systems . Since 2010, the company has also taken on the waste water billing for the city. The company is a distribution network operator for electricity in the Springe concession area; Since January 1, 2013, the company has had the status of the basic supplier for electricity and gas . Stadtwerke has also bought the city's gas network and will operate it from January 1, 2020.
