Stanford carpenter
Stanford Carpenter (born December 25, 1921 in Wilkes-Barre , Pennsylvania , † January 15, 2014 in Los Angeles , California ) was an American film editor for film and television.
Tischler began his career at the production company RKO , where he worked on the sound editing for Frank Capra's It's a Wonderful Life shortly after the Second World War . Most of his life he worked for television, initially for TV's Reader's Digest , Bachelor Father and other programs of the "Revue Productions", later for formats of Ziv Productions such as Adventure Under Water . In addition to his work for Peyton Place and Judd for the Defense , his work, which has received an Emmy Award - he was nominated for a further eight - is to be highlighted on the series M * A * S * H , all of which he edited and for which he was in 130 Follow also acted as a co-producer.
