Stanislaw Sergejewitsch Michejew
Stanislav Sergeyevich Mikheyev ( Russian Станислав Сергеевич Михеев * 21st May 1989 in Borissowo, Moscow Oblast ) is a Russian luger .
Michejew lives in Dmitrov and has been tobogganing since 2006. Since that year, the sports teacher has also been a member of the Russian national team. He has been Michail Kuzmitsch's partner in the two-seater since the 2007/2008 season . At the World Cup opener in Lake Placid , they managed to place in the top 10 with 10th place. The doubles also achieved the same position at Königssee . Apart from one race in Sigulda , which they did not finish because of a fall, they finished in the top 15 in all races of the season and ended up 13th overall. At the European Luge Championships in 2008 in Cesana Torinese as well as at the World Championships in Oberhof , the doubles came in eighth, in the team competition they came in fifth at the European Championships, at the World Championships they just missed a medal in fourth. The Luge World Championships 2009 in Lake Placid, they finished as the Eleventh, the European Luge Championships 2010 in Sigulda as a sixth-place finisher. At the 2010 Winter Olympics in Whistler , they came in 14th place.
