Stanka Božović (born November 17, 1962 in Titograd , Yugoslavia , born Stanka Mugoša ) is an Austrian handball player .

Božović played in the Austrian national team from 1990 to 2000, with whom she won the bronze medal at the European Championships in 1996. She played for ŽRK Budućnost Podgorica , Belinka Laibach, ESBF Besançon , Verona, Nit-Hak Nittedal, Tulln, Stockerau and 13 years for Hypo Niederösterreich . She also played the Champions League with Hypo. At Nit-Hak Nittedal she worked as a player-coach.

Stanka Božović is the mother of Janko Božović .
