The Star Tower is a 291.4 meter (956 foot) high transmission tower for VHF and TV in steel frame construction in Cincinnati , Ohio , USA , which is reminiscent of the Eiffel Tower in its appearance . The Star Tower does not have a public viewing platform. It was built in 1991 with the help of a helicopter .
