Stefan Beiter (born August 17, 1979 in Tübingen ) is a German chef .

Career

After completing his training, Beiter moved to the Weber Gourmet restaurant in the tower in the Stuttgart TV tower , then to the Speisemeisterei restaurant in Stuttgart (two Michelin stars ), where he was with Martin Öxle Souchef. In 2007 he moved to the restaurant fort in Burg Wernberg in Wernberg at Christian Jürgens (two Michelin stars), with whom he for 2008 gourmet restaurant crossing the Seehotel Überfahrt in Rottach-Egern went.

In 2009 Beiter became head chef in the dining room restaurant at the Hotel Goldene Traube in Coburg , which was awarded a Michelin star from 2010.

From April 2014 he was managing director and head chef at the Alte Post in Nagold . In September 2018, Beiter had to cease operations due to a lack of staff.

Since July 2019 he has been head chef in the gourmet restaurant Se7en Oceans in the Europa Passage in Hamburg, which was also awarded a Michelin star under him.
