Stefan Gorges (born December 15, 1967 ) is a former German soccer player .
Player career
Stefan Gorges started playing football in Wolfenbüttel at SV there. In 1983 he went to Braunschweig and initially played in the youth of Eintracht . During the second half of the 1985/86 season , he made his debut on February 22nd in the game at the Stuttgarter Kickers , when Eintracht coach Willibert Kremer sent him in the 35th minute for Manfred Tripbacher . Towards the end of the season, Gorges was substituted on two more times in the 2nd Bundesliga .
The 1.70 m small midfielder later played in the Hessian league for SpVgg Bad Homburg , with which he was in the 1992 final of the German amateur championship.
