Stefan Guzy

Stefan Guzy (* 1980 ) is a German poster designer , graphic designer and typographer .

Live and act

Guzy studied visual communication at the Berlin University of the Arts from 2001 to 2007 under Stefan Sagmeister , Holger Matthies , Daniela Haufe / Detlef Fiedler and Melchior Imboden . In 2001, he and his partner Björn Wiede founded the Design Studio Zwölf in Berlin , which has won several international awards, especially for its typographic posters ( José González , William Fitzsimmons ) and experimental product designs ( Ruin , Elyjah ). So with the Art Directors Club Award in gold (2008) and silver (2010) and the European Design Award in gold (2010) and silver (2009).

His work was featured on various poster biennials such as Toyama (2009), Lahti (2009) and Tehran (2009).

In 2011 he was elected to the jury for the 90th Art Directors Club Annual Award.

In 2015 he designed the poster for the Kiel Week .
