Engagement in the Ursula Lübbe Foundation

In addition to his publishing activities, Lübbe was chairman of the Ursula Lübbe Foundation . The initiative launched in 2003 by his mother Ursula Lübbe has made it its mission to promote education, art and culture, especially among children and young people. In cooperation with state and private institutions, the Ursula Lübbe Foundation supports projects that promote the communication of cultural content to a broad target group in an innovative way.

The cooperation between the Ursula Lübbe Foundation and the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation also goes back to the initiative of Stefan Lübbes . As part of this collaboration, the "Project Paul" was created. Paul is a drawn character who introduces children to art, culture and history in a playful way. With the help of Paul, the two foundations want to arouse enthusiasm for art and culture in children and young people in an unconventional, imaginative way. Paul appears in brochures, books and films and also presents the children's culture magazine "KIKUMA", also published by the Ursula Lübbe Foundation.

Further cooperation partners of the Ursula Lübbe Foundation are the Foundation House of History of the Federal Republic of Germany and the State Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia .
