Stefan Lesting (born August 19, 1985 in Bocholt ) is a German consultant, blogger and book author.

Life

Stefan Lesting studied International Business Management from 2006 to 2009 at the Saxion Universities in Enschede , Netherlands and at the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona , Sweden.

Since 2009 Stefan Lesting has been an expert on the subject of "Church and Web 2.0". In 2011 he was elected to the board of the Catholic Press Association, which he took over as chairman in 2014. During this time he published the Book of Hours app together with the Capuchin Paulus Terwitte .

Since 2012 Lesting has been in charge of the St. Nicholas campaign at the BDKJ in the city of Cologne, which has become known throughout Germany in recent years. During this time, together with Dominik Meiering , who has been Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Cologne since 2015 , he published the “Nicholas Handbook”, a guide for the actors of St. Nicholas.
