Stefanie Sick (born May 25, 1971 in Nuremberg ), née Erdmann von Leers, is a German journalist and presenter .

Career

Stefanie Sick was born as the first child of the physiotherapist Astrid von Leers and the natural scientist Rudolf Erdmann. Sick has a younger brother.

After graduating from the Ignaz-Günther-Gymnasium in Rosenheim, Stefanie Sick studied law and communication science at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich from 1991 to 1993 . During her studies she worked for an advertising agency in the field of conception and text. She then completed a degree in communications at the Bavarian Academy for Advertising and Marketing (BAW) in Munich .

From 1994 to 1995 Stefanie Sick headed the sports press and sports editorial team at Eurosport in Munich .

She then did a two-year acting training at the Hollywood Acting Workshop, Los Angeles , and took acting lessons a. a. at Eric Morris.

In addition to moderating TV programs, events, trade fair appearances and interviews for magazines, Stefanie Sick has been working as a presenter at HSE24 since 2000 . For two years she moderated the breakfast television there, which was broadcast on SAT.1 , Kabel eins , ProSieben and tm3 . The formats also included u. a. Cooking shows, travel magazines, lottery show and to this day kitchen source.

In 2012 she presented the first German Actor Award in Berlin together with her current partner Antoine Monot, Jr.

On 18 August 2017 she was with Antoine Monot, Jr. guest on the television program pair of dueling . On December 7, 2018, both were guests of the relaunch of the advice program Dingsda .

Stefanie Sick has been the godmother of SOS Children's Villages since 2008 and the Munich children's table since 2011. In 2015, Munich's Lord Mayor Dieter Reiter presented her with a certificate in the name of the City of Munich to thank her for her social and voluntary commitment.

Private life

Stefanie Sick was married twice and has three children. She has been dating actor Antoine Monot, Jr. since 2015. Before their relationship, both had known each other since shooting together at Bavaria Studios in 1998.
