The Stefansbecke , sometimes also called Stefansbach , is a flowing body of water in Gevelsberg .

geography

The stream rises west of the A43 at the Wuppertal-Nord motorway junction . The A1 runs piece by piece through the Bachtal west of Gevelsberg.

The Wiesenbach (with the tributary Lemperbach) is one of its tributaries. It flows north of the Gevelsberg high school. It is spanned by the Stefansbachtal Viaduct and passes the Stefansbachtal Stadium.

It flows into the Ennepe on the left . In 2014, planning began to redesign the estuary for a cost of 440,000 euros.
