Steinar Grettisson (born January 2, 1988 ) is a former Icelandic ice hockey player who spent his entire career at Skautafélag Akureyrar in the Icelandic ice hockey league.

Career

Steinar Grettisson played at Skautafélag Akureyrar throughout his career , with whom he became Icelandic champions in 2005, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014 .

International

Steinar Grettisson played for Iceland as a teenager. He participated in Division II of the U18 World Championships in 2005 and 2006 and the Division II tournament of the U20 World Cup in 2008 .

Steinar Grettisson played for the men's national team in Division II at the 2008 and 2009 World Championships .
