It is located south of the Quedlinburg market square, east of the confluence of Carl-Ritter-Straße with the stone bridge in a corner. The Stiefelgraben flows east of the house . In the Quedlinburg monument register it is registered as a residential and commercial building.
Architecture and history
Before 1900 there was a large three-storey half-timbered house at this point, which was then demolished when the street was widened. Today's three-storey building was built around 1900/1905 as a semi-detached house . It is designed in Art Nouveau style with historical elements. On the second floor there is a decorative framework . There are also stucco reliefs . The corner situations are emphasized by gable attachments.
On the courtyard side there are half-timbered buildings from the 18th and 20th centuries.
