Architecture and history
The building was erected in 1903. The corner situation is emphasized by a narrow bay window in front of the upper floors. In addition, there is a bay window reminiscent of a risalit . The upper parts of the building are decorated with a richly designed ornamental framework.
The stairwell of house number 12 is provided with colored lead glazing.
