Steinrod was a municipality in the district of Coburg , Upper Franconia , Bavaria .

history

The municipality of Steinrod was created on January 1, 1969 through the merger of the previously independent municipalities of Blumenrod and Spittelstein (with Theißenstein ), with the administrative seat in Blumenrod.

On January 1, 1977, the community was dissolved and incorporated into the city of Rödental .
