The rockfall tip is 2861 m above sea level. A. meter high mountain in the Ötztal Alps in South Tyrol . It is located on the Weißkamm , about 4 kilometers southeast of the Weißkugel , near the border with Austria . The Kassler Hütte ( 2210 m ) is located to the southwest above the village of Kurzras at the end of the Schnalstal valley .
The mountain can be climbed from Kurzras either via the south ridge and the Hasenkofel in front of it or via the Stuteben plateau to the east and the north flank. Both climbs have a level of difficulty II (UIAA) and take about 3 hours.
