Stephanie Lottermoser (born July 19, 1983 in Wolfratshausen ) is a German saxophonist , singer and composer .

Live and act

Lottermoser received singing and piano lessons at the age of seven. At the age of 14 she discovered jazz in the big band of the Geretsried high school and switched to the saxophone. Then she studied at the University of Music and Theater in Munich ; She was also a member of the Bavarian State Youth Jazz Orchestra under the direction of Harald Rüschenbaum .

In 2008 she founded her band "Resonance"; since 2010 she has been performing mostly under her own name. In addition to working in her own band, she was involved in Michael Riessler's album “Big Circle” and Charly Antolini's CD “Charly Antolini meets the Jazz Ladies”.

Prizes and awards

Lottermoser was a 2006 prize winner in the youth jazz competition . In 2013 she received a Bavarian cultural award in the form of a scholarship for a 6-month stay at the “ Cité Internationale des Arts ” in Paris.
