Stephen Holden

Stephen Holden (born July 18, 1941 ) is an American film and music critic .

biography

Stephen Holden received his bachelor's degree in English from Yale University in 1963 . He then worked as a journalist and among other things became an employee of RCA Records in their A&R department . With that experience, he began writing music reviews for The Atlantic , Rolling Stone , The Village Voice, and Vanity Fair . Since 1981 he has written theater and film reviews for the New York Times .

With Triple Platinum 1980 be so far only novel was published.
