Steven T. Knox

Steven Thomas Knox (born February 16, 1974 in Barrow-in-Furness , Lancashire , England ) is a former first-class cricket player who started for Scotland . He is the older brother of Stuart Knox, who is also a cricketer.

Knox, who was born in England , was a right -handed batsman who made his international career for Scotland, playing at club level for Edinburgh- based Heriot's Cricket Club .

In 2002 he scored three consecutive Centuries for Cumberland County Cricket Club and another for Penicuik Cricket Club in the Scottish Second Division.

At the end of 2013, Knox became head coach of the German national cricket team and also coached the Reivers franchise for the 2014 North Sea Pro Series season.

In 2016, he was also appointed head coach of the Scottish women's cricket team , succeeding Kari Carswell . His first job here was to compete in the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifiers .
