The Stevenson Peak is a 1,780 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Cartographers Range of the Victory Mountains, it rises 8 km west-northwest of Bypass Hill .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys of aerial photographs by the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the mountain in 1970 after Robert G. Stevenson, geologist at McMurdo Station from 1967 to 1968 .
