IC 1732 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sa in the constellation Triangle in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 223 million light years from the Milky Way and about 95,000 light years in diameter.
The galaxies NGC 700 , NGC 679 , NGC 687 , IC 1737 are located in the same area of the sky .
The object was discovered on November 6, 1891 by Guillaume Bigourdan .
