Bevtoft Sogn is a Danish parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in North Schleswig . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Nørre Rangstrup Herred in what was then Haderslev Amt , then to Nørre-Rangstrup Kommune in what was then Sønderjyllands Amt . In the course of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 , the parish did not join the “new” Tønder municipality like the rest of the Norre Rangstrup municipality , but the “new” Haderslev municipality , which like the former belongs to the Syddanmark region.

On January 1, 2020, the community had 1,316 inhabitants, 740 of them in the church village.
