The Striated Nunatak (English for Banded Nunatak ) is a low and rounded nunatak made of banded gneiss rock in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It rises 10 km east-northeast of Rayner Peak on the eastern flank of the Robert Glacier .
Aerial photographs and measurements by the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions were used to map it. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia gave it its descriptive name in 1965.
