The Studio Hamburg series Werft GmbH is a film production company based in Hamburg .
It emerged on January 1, 2007 from Multimedia Film- und Fernsehproduktion GmbH , founded in 1974 and a subsidiary of Studio Hamburg . Until October 1, 2008, the company operated under the name Studio Hamburg Traumfabrik GmbH . The production and business premises are located on the Studio Hamburg site in the Hamburg district of Tonndorf.
In 2006 a subsidiary based in Lüneburg was founded for the production of the new telenovela " Rote Rosen " , today's Studio Hamburg Serienwerft Lüneburg . The 12th season of the successful series has been running since 2015 and in July 2015 the 2000th episode of Rote Rosen was broadcast on ARD. After Jenny Juergens played the leading role in the 11th season , Anne Moll occupies the 12th season as the new main character.
