The Stulz GmbH (proper spelling: STULZ ) is a company for air conditioning based in Hamburg .

history

The origins of Stulz GmbH Klimatechnik go back to 1947 with the establishment of the Albert Stulz factory of electrical equipment in Hamburg . The company developed, produced and sold the Piccolo household system . The establishment of our own plastics processing facility in 1959 led to the establishment of Montaplast GmbH, which is now a global automotive supplier .

In 1965 Albert Stulz (1938–2018) brought the first self-produced air conditioning system onto the market. From 1971 the company specialized in the manufacture of air conditioning systems for data centers . In Germany, Stulz has also been the exclusive sales partner for air conditioning systems from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries since 1969 .

The company employs around 2,400 people worldwide.
The company produces humidification systems and air conditioning systems for data centers and industry. It also offers maintenance and customer service for air conditioning systems.

The company's head office is located in Hamburg. The company has 21 international subsidiaries and cooperates with more than 140 partners on all continents.
The company has production sites in Hamburg & Hünstetten-Wallbach , Oxford ( Great Britain ), Valeggio ( Italy ), Frederick & Dayton ( United States ), Leganés ( Spain ), Shanghai ( PR China ), Hangzhou (PR China), Mumbai ( India ) and São Paulo ( Brazil ).
