The Sudan Beach is a small pebble beach on the north coast of South Georgia South Georgia . It is located on the Greene Peninsula on the east bank of Moraine Fjord .
Participants in the Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1901–1903) led by Otto Nordenskjöld carried out a rough survey of this area. Another measurement and the naming took place in 1951 by scientists from the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS). It is named after Sudan dyes , which the FIDS used to make histological specimens .
