Sue Reeve

Sue Reeve (actually Susan Diane Reeve, née Scott; born September 17, 1951 in Birmingham ) is a former British long jumper , pentathlon fighter and hurdler .

At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, she came in tenth place in the pentathlon .

In 1969 she won silver in the long jump at the European Indoor Games in Belgrade and was seventh in the pentathlon at the European Athletics Championships in Athens .

At the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh in 1970 , she was starting fifth in the pentathlon and sixth in the 100 m hurdles for England .

In the long jump, she was ninth at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal and sixth at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1977 in San Sebastian. In 1978 she won bronze at the European Indoor Championships in Milan , won the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton and was sixth at the European Championships in Prague .

In the long jump of the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow, she finished tenth.

She was English champion three times in the long jump (1976, 1977, 1980), once French champion (1976) and four times English indoor champion (1969, 1976–1978).
